Frequently asked questions

Whether you are an active athlete, dealing with everyday aches, or working a physically demanding job, we are here to support your journey. Find answers to common questions about your visits, billing, and care below.

Will chiropractic care be painful or intimidating?

A common worry is not knowing what to expect or fearing that adjustments will hurt. At ALL IN, we keep your experience comfortable, educational, and personalized. We clearly explain everything before we do it, answer any questions, and never pressure you into any treatment. Our priority is making sure you feel informed and confident in your care.

How do you handle payments and insurance?

We are currently starting out as a cash-based clinic, which allows us to provide focused, high-quality, one-on-one care without insurance restrictions. We are actively working toward getting in-network with major insurance providers down the road. We can also provide itemized receipts if you wish to submit claims independently or use HSA/FSA funds.

How is ALL IN different from a traditional chiropractic office?

We do not just adjust your spine and send you out the door. We integrate modern chiropractic care with soft tissue manual therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, functional movement training, and active recovery strategies tailored to keep you performing at your best.

What happens during my very first visit?

Your first visit at ALL IN starts with an open conversation about what you are experiencing, your health history, daily lifestyle, and goals. We will then perform a comprehensive examination to better understand how you move and what may be contributing to your concerns. Afterward, we discuss our findings and build an individualized plan. When appropriate, your first visit may also include treatment such as chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, or active rehab based on your needs.

Do I need to fill out paperwork before my appointment?

Completing your intake forms ahead of time online is great and helps save time, but it is not required. You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to complete your forms in our clinic if you prefer.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Because our care focuses on mobility, functional movement, and hands-on therapy, we recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing or loose-fitting garments that allow you to move freely during your assessment and treatment.
